Additional delivery fees may apply for remote locations or re-delivery attempts.

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are generally final.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Wedding and event floral deposits may be non-refundable and subject to separate contract terms.
